Villa Katalina is a charming three-level, 8 bedroom Puerto Vallarta Villa with spectacular views of Banderas Bay and Puerto Vallarta from everywhere among the 6,000 square feet of this ideal vacation villa.
Each of our rooms have private bath, air conditioning and fabulous views of the bay by day and the city lights at night. The swimming pool and wet bar area provides generous space for savoring a cool drink while lounging and sunning.
Villa Katalina has a spacious pool, great views, houseman, daily maid service and cook upon request.
The open-air, common spaces include a large living room, comfortable dining room and breakfast room with several terraces and patios for your complete enjoyment. The family room has a big screen television, complete with a DVD player. The patio overlooks a garden courtyard with tropical flowers and a soothing water fountain.
There are bedrooms on every level: garden level, main level,
and top floor, giving your guests complete privacy. There are
two private entrances, one on the driveway level, and one
connecting to Villa Las Palmeras next door. If you wish to
combine both villas, you have the option of having a total
of 20 bedrooms.

Our quiet, cul-de-sac location insures peaceful tranquility for your vacation, yet we are just a few minutes walk to the beach, shopping, and cantinas. Most of Puerto Vallarta's world class restaurants are located just 3 blocks from our door.

Villa Katalina has 7 bedrooms and one full apartment. All 7 bedrooms and the apartment
have air-conditioning.

Bedroom 7: King bed, garden view, private balcony, lower level.

patio.

Villa Las Palmeras has 12 bedrooms, five levels, 18,000 square feet, and can accommodate up to 34 people. It has a huge rooftop terrace perfect for large weddings, receptions, family reunions or your special event. This Puerto Vallarta villa comes with air-conditioning, pool, luxurious furnishings, and full staff.

This beautiful and serene Mexico villa is perfect for family reunions, small weddings, or any special event. Although our space is limited and early booking is suggested for the best selection of time and room, adjoining villas can be added which can provide space for groups up to 50.

Rates: June-October: $125.00 per bedroom, per night (tax included)
November - May: $145.00 per bedroom, per night (tax included)
12/20 - 1/5: $175.00 per bedroom, per night (tax included)
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance, plus a $500.00 refundable deposit is due 30 days before arrival. Four bedroom minimum, three night minimum stay.
